During the first quarter of 2023, we began an initiative called "Oiling the Machine," geared toward improving efficiencies within the company. With this initiative, we challenged the team to come up with ideas that would help save the company and the team time and money - whether on a small or large scale. We will be offering a $500 prize per quarter to the person who comes up with the idea that we choose to act on first, or that our Process Improvement Manager feels will save the company the most money in the long run.
