I'd like to give kudos to the team of Isaias Perez, Abel Macias, Dan Montes and Bill McMains, because of their attention to detail on the Speedway project. This is not an easy job to navigate, especially with multiple jobs occurring at once. From paperwork, to MCDR, to navigating two clients and multiple governing entities, this team is representing our company and the Can-Do Attitude through and through. We are also working with new products in the Storm Prism. Our clients, city, inspection agencies, and manufacturer are all telling me that working with this team has been a class act.

Speedway Video
Acton Country Mobile Home Park
I got off to a rough start with your team on Monday. Jesse and I had confirmed on Friday that no one’s gas would be turned off on Monday, but when I arrived at the Park at 9:30am, two homes already had their gas turned off and no one was at home to allow access. Once that was straightened out, everything has been fine.
The work done today was amazing. We have 25 mobile homes and at the end of the day today, only four still need strapping and Chris and his crew can start the day tomorrow doing the gas tests, turning off the gas and relighting pilots for 10 homes. They work very fast and professionally. I’m in awe of the young men who, dressed in something akin to hazmat suits, crawl under the mobile homes, facing dirt, dust, spiders and whatever, without any complaint, and when they crawl out, are personable and conversant.
There is still a lot of work to do, but I want to give credit where credit is due. Your crew is excellent, and Chris is an exceptional foreman.

I wanted to take a minute to express our appreciation for a job well done at our Rio Rockwell community. It was apparent from day one that Boudreau strives for efficiency and professionalism with every step. As you know, this job had some unique challenges and your entire team stepped up to tackle the job and without this level of expertise we may not have been able to hit the schedule. Gary, Matt, Chris, Pablo and Kevin were a huge part of the success and tackled all the hurdles as they came. I'd like to express special appreciation for the work of Abel Macias and his crew. The level of determination and dedication from him and his crew is something you don't find much anymore. Every step of the way Abel was on top of his work and needed little to no correction. These guys are true craftsman and experts at their profession. I look forward to working with Boudreau in the future and will be happy to tell others about our experience at Rio Rockwell. Crestmont Mobile Estates
I just wanted to take a moment to tell you that your crew is awesome!! Roger and Vincent and their team handle this park so well. As you know I have some “fun” residents to deal with and every time the crew has been confronted by a resident with some kind of issue each person has always handled the situation professionally and with understanding. Roger and Vincent always keep me up to date on what they are doing and if there is ever any interaction with a resident, so that I am never caught off guard.
